Wembley Hotels
The original Wembley Stadium in north west London was built in 1923. It was eventually demolished to make way for the new stadium, with its distinctive arch, which opened in 2007. Wembley is owned by The Football Association (The FA) and hosts the home international matches of the England national football team and the main English domestic cup finals. With a capacity of 90,000, Wembley is the second largest stadium in Europe. It has also hosted concerts by many legendary music stars.
You can travel to Wembley Park tube station on either the Metropolitan or Jubilee Line of the London Underground. Upon arrival, exit the station, taking the steps down onto Olympic Way, cross Engineers Way and the Arena is on your right. (10 minutes). Alternatively, go to Wembley Central tube station on the Bakerloo Line, turn right at the station exit onto Wembley High Road and follow for approximately 200 yards. At the Wembley Triangle turn left into Wembley Hill Road.
